Rieke Löffler is a Vienna-based choreographer, dancer, and performance artist. Her work explores space as both a physical and emotional landscape - an archive of relations, memories, and projections. She creates ephemeral architectures where reflection, connection, and shared presence can unfold. Inviting the audience to experience dance as a language beyond words – a way of accessing truths that can be sensed, felt, and collectively created. Her practice becomes an embodied site of social imagination.

Löffler lives between places rather than fixed homes (Istanbul, Vienna, and beyond), her practice embraces mobility as a core element, shaping work that responds to diverse contexts and audiences. She studied Dance at the Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna (MUK), and her works have been presented internationally at the Nova Generace Festival (Prague) and Festival Share (Bratislava), and shown in Vienna, Istanbul, and Vorarlberg. In 2025, she initiated the cabaret series – a performative lecture program she produces and curates.

Her practice merges personal memories and imagined realities with collective visions, creating work that unfolds across diverse contexts and spaces. By framing space as both a lived archive and a field of utopian imagination, her performances invite bodies to remember, connect, and explore alternative ways of being together.
