From 10–11 October 2025, from 6 PM–6 PM, the interdisciplinary performance festival quovadis took place in St. Catherine‘s Church in Frankfurt am Main.

We thank everyone for being part of this unique 24 hours experience, get a glimpse into quovadis 2025. We are currently starting to work on quovadis 2026.

About the location: The church, centrally located at the Hauptwache, and has a long history as a place of encounter and contemplation. Since its construction in the 17th century, it has shaped the cityscape and played an important role in various historical phases, including the time of the Reformation and the destruction during the Second World War. 

Today it is not only a sacred space, but also a forum for cultural and social discourse. The quovadis-festival (Latin for ‘Where are you going?’) embraces this open character and invited artists and visitors to explore personal and social issues of change together. The atmosphere of St. Catherine‘s Church, steeped in spirituality and history, offers a unique space for artistic exploration for performances, interventions and interdisciplinary formats that open up new perspectives on the versatility of time-based art and the often complex emotional, social and cultural challenges of today.
